Built on the blacktop, not in a boardroom.
This started the way most good ideas do — a group chat, a bunch of polls nobody answered, and a run that fell through for the third week in a row. We weren't short on hoopers. We were short on a way to find them.
So we built one. Not another app where anybody can join and anybody can flake. One where getting in means something, because somebody who already plays vouched for you. One that actually tells you what's running today instead of making you dig for it. One that treats a twenty-dollar run the same way a real business treats a paying customer — with a system behind it, not a Venmo link and a prayer.
We're starting small and local, in Dallas, with real courts and real runs, because we'd rather get it right for a hundred hoopers than get it wrong for ten thousand. If you're in the fold, you're in because somebody stood behind your name. If you're running games, you're in because we want to make your life easier, not harder.
That's the whole philosophy. Good runs. Real people. No randoms arguing about fouls.
